Director of Operations:

Don gives us full-time leadership for our current management staff and pool operations.

Don has been a Columbus Fire Fighter for twenty years allowing him a unique
opportunity to also manage our pool full-time during the season.  As a
firefighter, Don has completed officer training school, EMT (emergency
medical technician) training, CPR instructor training and fire investigator
training to highlight only a few of his professional accomplishments.  He
has been awarded the Distinguished Service award, Heroism and Community
Service award and Battalion Chiefs Commendation.

The Wagner's have been current bond holders for over seven years.  Don and
his wife Kim have three children - two boys and a girl.  Kim has been a
tremendous value and asset to the pool board.  Unfortunately with the great
excitement of hiring Don we are saddened to have Kim step down from the pool
board.  However, Kim will remain involved in volunteering as a pool member. 

Please help Don feel welcome and quickly acclimated to leading our wonderful
member pool community.
