OTHER NOTES
• I did have the wrong dates for the banquet and GCSL championships last week. The correct dates are Monday the 19th and Tuesday the 20th for GCSL championships and the Banquet for all families is on Wednesday the 21st at 6PM.
• GCSL championship lineups will be posted at the pool on Thursday morning. I will try to get as many athletes as possible in the meet, but entries are limited. Here is championship information
o IM and Back are Monday, Breast, Fly and Free are Tuesday
o 6 and Unders will swim at night only
o Warm-ups are at 7:30AM for prelims with the meet starting at 9AM
o Warm-ups are at 3:30PM for final with the meet starting at 5PM
o Relays are at night only with both A and B relays
• The Swim Team Banquet will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 6pm at Northwest Swim Team. The banquet is for all COSA and GCSL swimmers and their families.
o The team will provide chicken and sub sandwiches. If your last name begins with A-L, please bring a dessert. If your last name begins with M-Z, please bring a side dish.
o Table service and drinks will be provided
• If you are interested in a Northwest Swim Team Sweatshirt, please contact Jodi Hess, jwhess@columbus.rr.com. Sweatshirts are $22 and come in youth medium 10-12; youth large 14-16; and adult small, medium and large.
• Thursday is our annual T-Shirt day. Festivities will start at 10AM for all swimmers, COSA and GCSL, you do need to BRING YOUR OWN WHITE T-SHIRT!
• Finally COSA fun day will be Thursday with each athlete getting a small gift!
• GCSL ATHLETES, IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SWIM AT CHAMPS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY TUESDAY!
